Welcome to the Photo Blog!

I've been blogging for a long time.  A couple of years actually.  I mostly talk about my fishing, guiding and hunting excursions, but I was recently inspired to blog in a new way.  This photo blog was brought to my attention by a friend of mine named David.  He did 30 blogs in 30 days.  Basically the gist of it is that something each day should inspire you to take a picture with the camera.  I still don't know just how it will all play out, but I figure that I always have the camera with me, and I see some of the craziest things on my travels.  If I can capture that moment with a lens, it should be pretty neat to share.

At this point I feel that the old saying might hold true in that "a picture is worth a thousand words," so you might just get a picture if it says what I want it to say, or you might get an explanation why I took it.  We will have to see.  Please comment, or share any thoughts you might have along the way.  I would love for this to be something that inspires anybody in any way about God's creations.  I'm sure it will have an impact on me as I do my best to keep the pictures coming.  I'm not sure if I can do 30 blogs in 30 days, but I'm up for the challenge and I'm going to give it a try.  Here goes 30 in 30...
