I have always had a certain liking for photographing sunrises and sunsets and this one is for the record books.  Travis and I set down our rods during the prime time bite for our cameras, I am sure glad I did.  There are a lot of muskies out there but this sunrise trumped it.  The cool thing about sunrises is that there are never two that are the exact same, almost like snowflakes.  I had a blast with some of these shots!

I haven't really had the chance to get some pictures of waterfowl this spring, but on my way back from a little fishing I saw some beautiful Canvasbacks in a pond.  It amazes me for how darn spooky they are during the season that in the spring they would just sit there staring at me.  There were some awesome Ring-necks in the mix also.

I have always thought reflection pictures looked so awesome and this one is no exception.  It was hard to get a picture that was not blurry, even with a tripod, the boat was still making it difficult

This is Josh's new dog chase and when he came up over the weekend he was the life of the party.  He is right at the age where everything is a game and tired is not in his vocabulary.  Chase looks to be a lean, mean, hunting machine!

It is simply stunning when the light strikes a big ole' long beard just right.  The colors are so vibrant, it is quickly becoming a new addiction.
