Bob Turgeon has been fishing the Metro area for over forty years and muskies for close to twenty.  Bob's resume includes  number's of top muskie and bass tournament results as well being on Promotional /product development staff for top outdoor companies including : Ranger Boats, Evinrude Outboards, Frankies Marine, Shimano reels, Thorne Bros tackle shop, Musky Mayhem lures, Muskie Innovations tackle,  Justencase tackle storage.
 
Bob's writing has been featured on the Star Tribune web site  and he has appeared nationally on Hunt for Big fish with Larry Dahlberg, and Bluegrass Outdoors.  He appears in the Redfin Outdoors video series  and was featured in the Star Tribune Sports section by outdoor  writer Dennis Anderson  on his modern style of muskie fishing.
 
Bob started donating guide trips to Muskies Inc. and various charities a number of years back and his style of guiding which includes large doses of education and  a hands on style of instruction simply took off. Today Bob is one of the areas top muskie educators and guides, regularly speaking to fishing groups and aspiring muskie anglers on the specific tactics of the leading  muskie anglers.

His goal as a guide is very simple - each outing is customized to the guest's in his boat, with their goals for the outing being first and foremost.  From beginner to aspiring professional everyone leaves a better angler and with a better understanding of the quarry,  the equipment used and the unique challenges that our metro waters provide. His boat is like a floating tackleshop and is stocked with top gear from the leading equipment companies so you use what the pros use.
 
So whether your goal is to start from scratch, tune up your game prior to a big vacation or simply to have a great fishing outing on our great local waters (always with a chance at a trophy)  we will work together to achieve that goal.
